The drip coffee bag packing machine DC50 is a new type of ultrasound sealing packing machine, which has multi-function can automatically packing coffee into inner drip coffee bag and outer envelope, avoiding hands directly contacting with stuff materials, improving the efficiency.

The inner coffee bag is made of ultrasound sealable non woven roll material, which is pre tagged with paper hanger, after forming and sealing, the coffee bag can be placed on the cup for brewing, the outer bag is composite heat sealable material.

Packaging and Shipping:  

We are trying to wrap our packing machine entirely, then you do not need to assemble on site, onlly iff the machine in big size, we will take off some parts and makes smaller package, in this situation, we will take detailed picture or video, and tell you how to set up.

All the machine will be wrapped in stretch film or plastic bag cover, and then loaded in export standard wooden case, the wooden case will protect the machine very well. The wooden case well designed and convenient for forklift lifting.  

After Sales Service:  

We provide promise 12 month warranty for packing machine products, if the mchine get problem for machine bad quality, we provide free spare parts for replacement, and we will provide life long online guiding. We have our oversea service team able to provide on site service abroad.

Our packing machines on sale are mature after long time testing and debugging, so the machine very reliable with rare problem. Some adjusting problem if you meet, that can be solved online, our experienced engineer will give video guiding, this is most convenient and economic way.

We also have oversea service team able to service abroad.
